Jan 19 1925 light City Point Florida cancel ties 1-c Jefferson stamp franking postcard mailed to Dills Ferry Pennsylvania (another DPO). View is "Hotel Wofford, Miami Beach, Florida" with a few tiny spots of toning & a small scrape in the front borders, mild wear at bottom corners. This hotel was built in 1921 next to the Breakers (which was the first hotel in the city to be built on the oceanfront). The view is from above and shows some of the areas at either side of it. The Wofford Hotel was damaged extensively by a hurricane in 1926 & a fire in 1927. Therefore, we believe this view is not at all common & of historic interest. $20.00 fp-f
